Natalex S.a(the „Company”), pursuant to the art. 16 of the act dated August 30,2019 on the amendment of the Commercial Companies Code and other several acts, hereby call all the shareholders of the Company to submit all held shares’ certificates in order to their dematerialisation. The shares’ certificates should be submitted to the registered office of the Company, i.e. ul. Fleminga 2A 03-176 Warsaw [during business days (from Monday till Friday) during working hours 9:00 am-3:00pm.
